PixelHoops is built to collect as little information as possible. This policy explains what the game stores, what the online relay sees, and what third-party services may process when you play.
The game saves local preferences in your browser or app storage, such as player customization, jumpshot speed, AI Defense, and sound choices. This stays on your device unless you clear site or app data.
When you use Online 1V1, the game connects to a relay server so players can find and play each other. The relay handles lobby state and live gameplay messages needed for the match. It is not used to collect account profiles, real names, payment information, or contacts.
Like most servers, the relay host and Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP address, connection time, request metadata, and basic security logs. This is used to operate the site, route traffic, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
We do not sell personal information. We do not run third-party ad tracking inside the game.
PixelHoops is a general-audience basketball game. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can delete it if applicable.
