PixelHoops is under construction and is not even in beta yet.
You are welcome to play, but expect bugs, unfinished systems, balance changes, MyPlayer build resets, and major changes over the coming days.

PixelHoops is built to collect only what is needed to run the game, accounts, online play, security, and purchases. This policy explains what the game stores, what the online relay sees, and what third-party services may process when you play.
When you create an account, we store your username, password hash, recovery-code hash, session records, build data, accepted terms version, and account wallet information such as Chips. We do not store your plain password or plain recovery code. You are responsible for remembering your password and saving your recovery code.
The game may save local preferences in your browser or app storage, such as controls, settings, appearance, and temporary account/session state. Account builds are synced to the account system when signed in.
When you use online features, the game connects to a relay server so players can find each other, move through The Neighborhood, and play matches. The relay handles lobby state, presence, gameplay snapshots, and live gameplay messages needed to operate the game.
Like most online services, our servers and service providers, including Cloudflare, may process technical data such as IP address, connection time, request metadata, device/browser data, approximate region, security logs, and abuse-prevention signals. We use this to operate the site, route traffic, secure accounts, rate limit abuse, prevent cheating, and troubleshoot problems.
PixelHoops may offer paid products such as Chips. Payment processors may handle payment details. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers in the game database. Chips are linked to your account and may be used for in-game items such as cosmetics where available.
We do not sell personal information. We do not run third-party ad tracking inside the game.
We may review account, network, purchase, and gameplay records to investigate cheating, abuse, fraud, security issues, chargebacks, exploit use, or violations of the Terms. We may suspend, restrict, reset, or remove accounts where appropriate.
PixelHoops is a general-audience basketball game. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can delete it if applicable.

These Terms govern your access to and use of PixelHoops, including accounts, online play, Chips, purchases, customization, and related services. By creating an account, signing in, playing, buying Chips, or using PixelHoops, you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for your account, username, password, recovery code, device access, and all activity under your account. Choose a username that is not offensive, abusive, impersonating another person, infringing, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate. We may reject, rename, suspend, or remove accounts or usernames at our discretion.
PixelHoops does not use email verification. Your one-time recovery code is your account recovery method. You are responsible for saving it. If you forget your password and lose your recovery code, we may be unable to restore your account, builds, Chips, cosmetics, or progress.
PixelHoops may offer paid products, including Chips. Chips are a limited, revocable, non-transferable in-game license tied to your account. Chips have no cash value, are not money, are not a bank account or stored-value account, and cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed for cash, or exchanged outside PixelHoops unless we explicitly say otherwise in writing.
Chips may be used for in-game content such as cosmetics, account items, or other features we make available. We may add, remove, rebalance, rename, change, discount, bundle, or discontinue Chips, cosmetics, prices, offers, rewards, or in-game items at any time as allowed by law.
Purchases are final except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by us. If a payment is reversed, charged back, disputed, refunded, fraudulent, or unauthorized, we may remove the related Chips/items, restrict purchases, suspend access, or close the account.
You may not cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, manipulate network traffic, tamper with client or server code, abuse matchmaking, attack the service, scrape private data, bypass rate limits, sell accounts, share accounts for abuse, or use PixelHoops in a way that harms other players or the service.
We may monitor and review gameplay, account, purchase, and network activity for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and enforcement. If we believe an account is cheating, exploiting, abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or violating these Terms, we may warn, restrict, suspend, reset, remove items or Chips, ban, or delete the account without compensation, subject to applicable law.
PixelHoops online features may be unavailable, delayed, changed, interrupted, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, matchmaking availability, data sync, latency, compatibility, or that online matches will be error-free.
Your account may store usernames, builds, appearances, and other game-related choices. You grant us the right to host, process, display, modify for technical reasons, moderate, remove, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve PixelHoops.
We may enforce these Terms at our discretion. Failure to enforce a rule in one situation does not waive our right to enforce it later. We may update these Terms as the game changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
PixelHoops is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Dashaun Studios and its owners, developers, contractors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of accounts, builds, progress, Chips, cosmetics, access, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us for PixelHoops products in the 90 days before the claim, or 50 USD if you paid nothing, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
For questions about these Terms, contact Dashaun Studios through the official site or support channel where you downloaded or accessed PixelHoops.
